Hey, guys, I am back with the new discussion of INSTAX CAMERA. In this article, I am going discuss with you the Top Most INSTAX CAMERAS which only shoot the Instax film with the ton of fun. In my opinion, These Instax camera is the funniest way to do photography.

First I want to do discussion in dept with all feature of 9 types of Instax camera. Every One of them has different purpose to use with same goal. One mode that’s really fun called double exposure mode. It will let take two photos of the same piece of film and kind of blend together. you can get kind of cool creative result that is usually pretty surprising. So that’s are the really fun mode that only this camera has in the mini film.

BULB MODE

It has Bulb mode which means you can leave the shutter open for a long period of time till 10 seconds which is great for a night photography. You will be amazed by shooting at night like city-light or something. Hold the camera open and let the surrounding light consume it.

KIDS MODE

Landscape mode is function for taking Distance shot photos. If you want to take a full shot of a city or mountain or river or sky, then it is the best reliable feature you can use. Landscape mode helps to get better quality picture all the time.

FORCE FLASH 

For starters, One of my apps loop favorite feature of this fujifilm instax 90 camera that does not exist on Instax mini 9 and Instax mini 70 is that you can force the flash to stay off. If you are not a big fan of flash photography especially for portraits who don’t find it to be flattering.

But this camera tends to use the flash even in the situation where I don’t think they really need to. And being able to quickly turn off the flash and make sure you are not doing that in your shot.

It is huge for you like one of the best features of this camera even though there are a lot of great ones.

AUTOMATIC EXPOSURE & SELF TIMER

This camera also has the high-performance flash. It has the automated exposure control like  mini 70. It has a fill flash and timer as well so that you could like put it on your try-pot and go get your shot actually when you use the timer.

It has the light and dark option so that you can get more light into the picture when you are taking shot at the dark situation. Alternatively use the Dark mode to consume less light into the picture. That’s really helpful feature for any camera. Basically the most people use this feature.

Then another need feature of this one is that it has two shutter buttons. One for verticle shot and another for the horizontal shot like a typical way you hold the fujifilm instax mini 90 neo classic camera.

PROS & CONS

So that is pretty needed. This camera also comes with a pretty fancy neck strap which is also very nice. So again you are getting a lot more feature and this is really a top of the line when it comes to the instax mini. Alright, the camera airline is this big guy comes right here. This is the Fujifilm Instax Wide 300. So this is the only instax camera that shoots really big Instax Wide film. Many professional photographers favorite of all the film type is this one. they love the size of it how big it feels. When you give it to someone, it feels really significant that you’re giving them.

It’s really big print. And you know this camera is Giant though comparatively. So there is definitely trade of to shooting Instax wide especially if you’re traveling. But Many of people have taken Instax Wide cameras to traveling place for just having fun. So you know it’s sometimes worth it to shoot on the really big cameras.

This camera itself goes not much expensive. So it’s a pretty good price especially considering like it’s got some feature on it’s shot that wide film. I’ll just give you quick round on.

CLOSE UP LENS & SELFIE MIRROR

Selfie is the most important part of any Camera. Even wide 300 camera comes with Close Up lens. It does two things – One is take selfie and another is closer shot.

When you need to take shot of closer object, then you should use the close up lens attachment.

Close up lens has a mirror which call selfie mirror. That’s mean you can get Big selfie using the close up lens.

DIAL AND SHOOTING DISTANCE

It has two shooting distances. To change the distance you twist the front ring. Using the dial, you can find tow type of distance. One is 3 meter or less and another is 3 meter to infinity.

What it is going to do is to help different kind of distance shooting. Suppose you want to shot closer shot, then you just dial and get it to 3 meter or less option. For Longer distance use 3 meter to infinity option. You will see the number on the dial meter.

One last thing with the Instax 300 wide camera it does come with an attachment that goes the lens on the camera. That is a macro lens and a selfie mirror. The close-up lens even makes talking selfies easy.

PROS & CONS

Fun fact about the fuji Instax wide 300, A Woman shoots a short documentary when she went out and took photos of strangers on the street with this camera which was pretty cool. This wide instax camera is easy and fun for everyone to use and it makes an ideal gift.

So at the final suggestion. So make sure you pick up the fujifilm instax wide film when you buy those cameras because often they do not come with film and you will be very very sad. If you got the camera and could not go out and shoot immediately. So buy your film and get out there get shooting.

Ok, next we have Instax mini 70. So this is a step up from the instax mini 9. It has more feature and little more expensive. But you do get a lot more features. This one has a bunch of colors too. And the pricing on the different color varies very widely. It’s a little confusing but It depends on what color you pick. So I would go into those now.

SELFIE MODE

Ok, So the first starter fujifilm instax mini 70s has a selfie mirror as well. It also has selfie mode built-in to give you the right distance for focusing when you shooting a selfie. Selfie mode with built-in selfie mirror.

Selfie Mode adjust flash & Exposure & shooting distance to be idle for a selfie situation.

SELF TIMER

Another feature comes with this camera is the self timer. You can use the self timer with any Mode. There are actually two different mode with the selfie timer.

When you take one shot the count down time start for second shot. That’s mean you can take two shot at the same setting you made for taking shots. You can cancel the second shot by pressing again the self timer button.

MACRO MODE

There is a macro mode built-in features So you don’t need to use the close-up attachment to shot closure object. It’s about 0.3 to 0.6 meters away from your subject.

Don’t forget about Parallax shot for getting perfect center if you are taking way to closer shot.

LANDSCAPE MODE

Landscape mode is the one of the favorite to all, because it shoots distance picture. It will be needed when you want to take a full city picture or forest or river or the sky or the mountain.

Distance is 3 meters to infinity. When you activated the Landscape Mode you will get better quality sharpest result.

FILL FLASH MODE

By using the flash mode, you are making sure the flash fire. It might happen when you really need to take a shot with using flash. Then by using this are going to confirm the shot with flash.

There is a different flash mode that you use to get a kind of different effect with the flash. Instax mini 70 features has a more advanced auto-exposure control mode.The idea here is that sometimes you shoot indoor especially with the mini 9 where the background can look very black but this camera tries to balance a bit more of the light from the background and expose for the subject. So you just get more detail on the shot.

HI KEY MODE

Similar to the mini 9, it has also hi key mode. Those who don’t know what the hi key that it helps you to get more brighter picture so that you would get more quality picture with your shot.

You can adjust the brightness and darkness of this one. Improved picture quality, especially in dark scenes.

PROS & CONS

It works pretty well but it could also kind of result in photos of being blurrier especially if you move the camera or if your subjects are moving. So you wanna kind of experiment with that mode to see what work best for you.

Then on the back, there is a power button and also an LCD screen that will tell you how many shots you have left which is fancier. Instax mini 70 camera uses double AA battery which is the same as the Instax mini 9.

Ok, This is awesome news for those who want digital feature with instax cameras. This is the second latest Hybrid camera with square format. It is more updated than the sq10 instant camera.

Having the digital facilities, you can take photos and stored them on the camera and then you can edit it with various effect. After that you can print it or save it to anywhere.

That’s mean you can definitely save you every films. So that’s why this camera is important for those who are obsessed with saving films.

This camera shoots only square film. The square format is awesome and it’s the latest trend. Remember that the square film is expensive compare to the instax mini film.

The camera comes with two color Beige and Matte black. The price is also vary on color too.

But again It is not just a film camera it is also a Digital camera. You can take the images off the camera and save them and have them forever as digital copies as well. Save your images to the internal memory that can store 50 photos and micro SD card then share online.

FRAME GRAB

Instax sq20 camera has 3 special feature and one of them is frame grab. What it is basically do is that you can shoot video for  15 seconds and rewind the video to captures the best moment then print it.

You can use more feature like Sequence- couple moment, Retro design and film frame with sq20 camera.

SPLIT MODE

Split mode is one of the latest feature of Instax sq20 camera. By using this feature, Multiple images can be captured on one images. So if you are interested to print multiple image on one print, you can split them and print it on one film.

TIME SHIFT COLLAGE

Instax sq20 has another special feature of Instax sq20 Camera. You can take picture of the every moment if you want. By using this feature, you can take four images with a time difference at one time.

VIGNETTE CONTROL

Instax sq20 has four color control system to compose the picture more effectively. You can control the light up to 19 levels that make the result more attractive.

FLASH MODE

This camera has a lot of flash mode. If you want to use the variety of flash settings. Just press the menu button. Select the flash on the LCD screen. Then you will get all the flash options.

• You have auto flash- which is the default if the camera things that the exposure needs flash will automatically off.
• Force flash will make sure the flash must off no matter what.
• You have suppressed flash. That make sure the turn off.
• Slow synchro- This will have a longer shutter speed that leaves the shutter open longer to get in light in a dark situation. Then it will fire the flash at the end. It behaves some kind of bulb mode adding more light with flash. That is good for indoor situation.
• Red eye & slow- It helps to avoid the red-eye creepy picture thing that’s can happen.

I have not been expert on the flash settings yet, because there are lot of option. If you found better helpful situation then let me know.

When you press the shutter down, You can see on the top left in the LCD telling you how long the shutter has been open for. That will help you figure out how to get the right exposure and change it.

Moving on to the final shooting mode is the Double Exposure Mode. It will let you take two photos and put them the same piece of film. Some kind of overlay each other.

There are ton of creative option, you will get while using Double Exposure mode that is lot of fun.

Basically you’ll just take your first shot and then it’s gonna ask you to take second shot. Then take your second shot. You can see the preview on the LCD screen also that’s very handy.

Double exposure mode is one of my favorite mode across line Instax cameras. You can get the cool shot creative silhouette shot using this mode.

One more feature to talk about is the self-timer. You can also access it with the menu. You have options up to 10 seconds time length  self-timer. You should use tripod while using the self-timer mode.

SO AT THE END

The built quality on this instax camera is really nice and updated. It’s definitely a sleek looking camera. So that is the instax Square SQ20 next edition after sq10.  Enjoy a wider range of uses and forms of expression.

Ok, so the next camera we are gonna look at here Instax Square SQ10. This one is brand new. Still pretty new even to most of people. I am just sort of getting used to it. But the big thing about this camera that does not exist with any of the other ones is that it is digital and film hybrid.

That means it takes digital photos it stores them on the camera and then you can make it so that you have the option print them out afterward. Which will definitely save you some films that you can actually make sure –you know– someone’s eyes are open Obviously or you like the shot before you print it. So that is a really very interesting unique feature of this photo camera.

So this one like I said… it shoots square film. ohh… I didn’t say it before which is the way of your original Polaroid film that ratio. So it kind of has a styleogic look. So its really cool you will really like the square format and it’s really fun for composition as well.

This film is expensive especially compared to the mini film. So you’re definitely paying the premium to shot with this square Instax camera. But like I said because you have that option of only printing the shot that you really like. That kind of bits of help offset that extra cost.

This camera comes in two colors Black & White. And right now the cost it is very significantly more than mini 9, 70 and 90.

Instax square has like bulb mode, double exposure mode. Also, it has the flash control that the other cameras don’t have. You can print multiple photos on one sheet adding 4 or 9 shots in one prints. That’s pretty cool when you want to save more bucks for prints.

This square polaroid camera is really interesting design. The lens is right in the center and there are actually 2 shutter buttons on the front. So if you are the left-hand shooter. You can change the function of shutter too. It kind of comfortable to hold both ways.

And if you turn around, you get a really big LCD screen on the back. This is how you compose your shot so it’s a viewfinder just as the screen. The control all the feature of the camera in the sort of flywheel and button configuration in the back.

The fuji polaroid printer really easy to do like fun gifts stuff that you would like to do prints with your gift like the wedding is very popular. Multiple people can all download on their phone. They can all print from the printer. It kind of a party fun of activity may be.

So Yeah…. fuji mobile printer is a fun little gadget or you can say fuji portable printer. We have been using it for while just for little thing to get print and share them with friends and family. And it has more you know you don’t waste this much film. if you don’t like the unpredictability of shooting with an Instax but you really like the film and the feel of that tangible print so this is an interesting option.

hey guys what’s up I am here today to do a quick review of an amazing camera that I have and it is the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera. it is an absolutely amazing instax camera. I got this back August first actually and I’ve used it religiously for the full month of August, I went to a bunch of my friend’s parties I went on vacation with a whole group of my friends and I bought this camera specifically to have for all of the things that we’re going on in August so
I’ve really got a lot of use out of it.

So a few quick details on the camera. If you want this camera in any other color it comes in like white a bunch of pastel shades and like pink yellow blue it comes in black purple-red. There’s a bunch of colors you can get this in and they’re all on Amazon between your price range.

IMPORTANT FEATURES

So when you get instax mini 8. It comes kind of like packaged up in the we’ll wrap and it comes to the only thing that it really comes with is a strap. So this is it and it just has the hand strap attached to it the hand strap will match the camera color. But the aqua color and it’s pretty comparable to the previous Fuji film instax camera that used the mini sized film. It was the Fuji film 7s. So It’s pretty comparable in size there’s a few differences with between the two models.

So the Mini 8 instax camera comes in Unique Bold colors.

polaroid instax mini 8 has got the different economics to it. It’s kind of got some different design
features to it. But really functionality It’s basically the same camera as the 7s.

The only difference is that you get a new feature called high key. So zooming in up close to the front of the camera your power button. literally just depends on the amount of people that you are taking selfie with. so if there are four or more people take it landscape and if there’s one person to three people then take ita portrait.

So tip number seven of hello kitty is to protect your films when traveling and obviously, when you travel you’ll have to go through a lot of x-rays especially in the airports. So to protect your films all you have to do is put your films inside a zip-lock baggie or a bubble wrap and then put that bubble wrap in site another bag and that will literally just protect your films from getting exposed or getting damaged from the x-rays.

Alright so now obviously the really really hard question is which of this amazing cameras should you pick if you wanna get into instax film shooting. And to be honest that is difficult.

Obviously, if you have not done any of this Instax film shooting, you are just curious to see what it’s like then the mini 9 is really really the great introductory option. It’s cheap, easy to use and you are not gonna worry too much about it. You just get out and have fun with it. That’s the whole point of the Instax Photography is to get out and have fun. Especially for gifts or for Kids, this cannot be beaten. You can not imagine how many people getting into it so very much. So that is really good for getting started.

So something to consider but Instanx Mini 8 is a fantastic camera. I really love Mini 8 I do not regret buying this Polaroid camera whatsoever. I would 100% recommend this to anybody who’s into instax high. They’re really nice.

The Fuji film mini 8 always has consistent results and it’s always fantastic the only thing you have to play around with is your aperture settings. But aside from that, your pictures are always going to come out very nice.

And… If you want give as a present a Polaroid camera to a kid , girl or women. Then Hello kitty instax camera would be best option. It has almost all feature that other mini cameras have. You can Imagine them like hello kitty hello kitty.

why…. Because it is really great look even it is on Amazon best choice list. And the most great part is that. It comes with package. I mean mini film, mini film album, box and all that you need.

If you are interested but you are not sure if you are a serious instax film shooter yet. The instax mini 70 does have the great feature, It has the shooting mode that Instax mini 9 lacks. You know it’s a little bit sleeker and it’s not a huge jump in price. It’s a great kind of upgrade option.

If you wanna be the coolest Instax shooter on the blog, and you want all those creative controls like you wanna make sure or do double exposure. Then 90 Neo Classic is top of the line super cool. I love when I can just know that I get to control the camera and get the result that I want with this One. So that is great if you wanna be really serious about your Instax film.

If square film for you is the best of the best, Obviously this is your only option. But If you also really are interested in that ability to choose exactly print that you actually get. If you wanna be able to keep the shot that you are taking in Digital form Instax Square SQ10 is really your only option there. But I think they did a really lot of interesting stuff with this camera. I am excited to try more so definitely look at this One If the square is your thing.

If you really love the look of Instax film I mean like It’s such a blast to be able to give this to friends. Some people home with them with a party like really it is so much fun. But if you are not into the whole shooting the Instax film or you shoot more with your smartphone The Fujifilm INSTAX SHARE SP-2 Smart Phone Printer is really really cool. The app is easy to use and it sort of a need little party trick. So if that kind of your thing the INSTAX SHARE SP-2 is something to look at.
